Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via the support portal with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including all fittings, manuals, and accessories.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return authorization label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location for transit back to our Melbourne facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
