Black Rock Whispering Wheat Beer Kit (1.7kg)

A refreshing golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour.

This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.

Brew with 1kg Dextrose Mono-hydrate for a classic Wheat beer finish. For more body and colour use 1.7kg Black Rock unhopped wheat malt extract instead of sugar.

Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.
